TORONTO and FRANKFURT – Global Television has signed a US$2.5 million letter of intent to buy multiple ProSet virtual studio systems from German manufacturer Orad. The virtual sets will be deployed across Global TV's 14 production facilities during 2008, says the company. Orad has since received the first order worth US$1 million.
