Global News Toronto, Corus Radio, call for kindness in the GTA on May 16

TORONTO - Greater Toronto Area residents are once again being encouraged to commit random acts of kindness on Wednesday as part of the third annual Greater Toronto Day.Led by Global News Toronto and Corus Radio stations 102.1 the Edge, Q107 and Global News Radio 640 Toronto, GTA residents are encouraged to share their good deeds on social media with the hashtag #GreaterTorontoDay. Three social media posts across Twitter, Instagram or Facebook will be chosen at random for their author to receive $1,000 toward a local charity of their choice.
