Global News Radio revamps Toronto lineup

TORONTO – Corus’ Global News Radio 640 Toronto will hit the airwaves Monday with a “refreshed” programming lineup that includes two new shows and a simulcast of Global Toronto’s Global News at 6, allowing listeners to catch the nightly TV news show on the radio for the first time in this market.The new shows, hosted by Global News’ Alan Carter and Jeff McArthur, will air from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET and from 1:00 – 3:00 PM ET, respectively, starting March 4.
