REGINA — With the Saskatchewan general election on October 26, Global News announced it will deliver its election night special, Decision Saskatchewan, on more platforms than ever before.
Decision Saskatchewan will air Monday, October 26 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. CT on Global Regina, Global Saskatoon, Globalnews.ca, and for the first time on the Global TV app.
In addition, launching today, free 24/7 Regina and Saskatoon Global News streams are now available within the Global TV app.
“Come election night, whether it’s on TV, online, or through the app, Saskatchewanians can trust that we’ll have them covered wherever they are,” said Sherri Clark, news director and station manager, Regina and Saskatoon, Global News, in a press release.
The new Regina and Saskatoon streams join existing B.C., Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and National offerings, bringing Global News’ roster to a total of 10 free news streams within the app.
