German channel ProSiebenSat.1 Welt goes OTT

TORONTO - German TV channel ProSiebenSat.1 Welt has launched a new app and web site which will allow customers in 17 countries, including Canada, access to its content on any device.Since 2005, Canadian and North American viewers have been able to enjoy the channel’s programming on a number of BDUs but the new app and web site now allows subscribers access anywhere.ProSiebenSat.1 Welt has a wide array of television programming and is now also available over the internet for 7.90 Euro (approximately $12 CDN) per month and can be cancelled at any point after a month.
