MONTREAL — CTAM Canada president Gary Pelletier has joined Accedo as the country manager for Canada. Accedo is a provider of TV Everywhere solutions for media and distribution companies worldwide.
In his new role, Pelletier will be responsible for building Accedo’s business in Canada, as well as helping customers plan and deploy their TV Everywhere projects.
Prior to joining Accedo, he had been VP Marketing at Stingray since 2009. He held various senior marketing and product marketing positions at Cogeco from 2002 to 2009. He has also served as director of marketing for Super Écran for Astral.
Pelletier has an MBA from HEC Montréal university business school and he was the recipient of the CTAM Canada scholarship to attend CTAM-U at Harvard in 2007. He is currently serving the second of a two-year term as president of CTAM Canada.
Pelletier gained international business development and marketing experience while at Cogeco and also during an eight-year period working in media and broadcasting in Indonesia from 1991-1998.
