Galaxy Broadband signs deal with OneWeb for satellite connectivity over Canada

CALGARY – Galaxy Broadband Communications, a subsidiary of Crown Capital Partners, announced this week that it has signed a multi-year deal with low-earth orbit satellite provider OneWeb to bring connectivity to parts of Canada. The rollout from the US $50-million deal is already underway, a press release said, which will include internet capacity to all of Nunavut’s 25 communities by the end of the year.
