Fuchs leaves CBC for 'Camelot'

TORONTO - CBC Television’s GM of production enterprises is leaving the 'corp for the independent production industry.Fred Fuchs announced Thursday that he will take on a new role as Canadian executive producer of John Weber's Take 5 Productions co-production of Camelot.“After four fast-paced and highly successful years with CBC, Fred has decided to return to a part of the industry we know is close to his heart," said Richard Stursberg, EVP of CBC English services, in a statement.
