Free Wi-Fi available at all Toronto subway stations

TORONTO - The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) and BAI Canada say that every station in the Toronto subway system now has free Wi-Fi service available.Known as TCONNECT, the ad-supported Wi-Fi service saw the number of unique monthly users increase 44% between January and August this year, with approximately 130,000 log-ins per day from 90,000 unique devices.BAI added that the installation of cellular connectivity on TTC platforms is on-going, but that Freedom Mobile users now have access to talk, text, and data services at 53 TTC subway stations, with full completion of the cellular platform build expected by the end of 2017. ...
