BRAMPTON, Ont. — SCTE’s Ontario chapter today announced an upcoming free webinar which will take attendees through the evolution of Wi-Fi over the next three years.
On November 12 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. ET, CommScope’s Charles Cheevers will discuss Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E based on 6 GHz and what Wi-Fi 7 will bring. Key topics will include use cases for new 66 Gbps of 6 GHz spectrum, as well as the first time Wi-Fi becomes deterministic for latency performance, says the webinar description.
“With this amazing time for Wi-Fi technology comes the need to understand the applications, devices and how the operator will need to introduce these platforms into the home for best return to both the consumer and operator,” reads the description.
