Former Xplornet exec lands at Amazon

TORONTO – Former Xplornet vice-president, public affairs and communications, James Maunder has moved over to Amazon. Maunder (above) left the satellite and wireless broadband company last month after it was sold and said in a post on LinkedIn today he is now director of public policy for Canada at Amazon. “I’ll be leading Amazon’s Canadian public policy and advocacy efforts, working with governments at all levels on policies that make sense in today’s digital economy.
