Former ATI and Nortel CFO Nickerson to join Miranda board after IPO close

MONTREAL – Digital broadcast gear manufacturer Miranda Technologies announced Wednesday that Terry Nickerson (right) will be appointed as a member of the board of directors, and chair of the audit committee, at the closing of its Initial Public Offering. The underwriting syndicate for Miranda Technologies' Initial Public Offering is led by Genuity Capital Markets and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc, and includes Desjardins Securities Inc, National Bank Financial Inc and TD Securities Inc.
