TORONTO – Rogers has added Fantasy Sports Network (FNTSY) to its lineup, making the channel available to all Rogers Cable TV customers.
FNTSY Sports Network, the first-ever channel dedicated to fantasy sports, will be available in free preview until October 31, 2015 and subsequently available in Rogers’ Super Sports Pak, Extra Sports Pack and Sports Theme Pack, as well as on a discretionary basis. It can be found on channel 499 in high-definition (HD) and standard-definition (SD).
“Our distribution on Rogers, combined with our presence on other systems across the country now significantly expands FNTSY Sports Network to having a truly national footprint in Canada,” said Leonard Asper, CEO of Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp., in the news release. “With football season right around the corner, the demand for 24/7 innovative fantasy sports coverage is greater than ever. We’re answering the call with expert-driven, relevant and timely content that will engage viewers year round.”
FNTSY Sports Network is owned by Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp., which is also the parent company of combat sports television channel Fight Network.
