FlexNetworks announces acquisition of Fibre.ca

WINNIPEG, MB – FlexNetworks announced last Friday it has acquired Fibre.ca Inc. for an undisclosed amount. "This acquisition helps continue our mission to provide scalable and flexible solutions to meet both the current and future connectivity needs for enterprise business customers, service providers and medium and large organizations who are hungry for greater bandwidth and require ultra high-speed connectivity to compete nationally and globally,” said John Macdonald, CEO of FlexNetworks, in a press release.
