OTTAWA – Fire swept through CTV Ottawa early on Sunday morning causing at least $2.5-million in damage and gutting the newsroom.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and no one was hurt.
CTV Ottawa is temporarily operating from the Ottawa A Channel offices. Its noon newscast on Monday was cut in half, but the full hour at 6 p.m. and half-hour at 11:30 p.m. were expected to go on as normal.
