OTTAWA – Gusto TV is prepping a new original documentary series and website that follows the journey of unique and exotic Canadian ingredients from harvest to plate.Crate to Plate is a four part series that tells the story of a single ingredient, featuring spot prawns, morel mushrooms, organically farmed asparagus, and visually-stunning cranberries, from the perspective of those involved in the farming, packaging, shipping, cooking, and finally eating stages.
