Film, TV mentorship program set up

TORONTO - Astral Media and Women in Film and Television - Toronto (WIFT-T) have announced a partnership to create the Astral Media Mentorship Award. The new program, made possible by a four-year commitment by Astral Media, will provide $100,000 for the mentoring and education of emerging producers who are in need of coaching and development opportunities. Applications are now being accepted and must be submitted to WIFT-T no later than Monday, April 21 at 12 p.m. EST.
