TORONTO – Canwest this week confirmed its line up of creative and on-screen talent for its recently announced slate of drama pilots.
They include:
* The drama Shattered which will be directed by Bobby Roth of Prison Break fame, and star Callum Keith Rennie (Californication, Battlestar Gallactica, Hard Core Logo) as the series lead;
* David Wellington (Would Be Kings, The Eleventh Hour) will direct the drama Clean, which will star Ben Bass (The Eleventh Hour, Law and Order, Queer as Folk), Tom McCamus (Shake Hands with the Devil, Queer as Folk, Slings and Arrows) and Sonja Bennet (Young People F(*)cking, Control Alt Delete);
* Luke Kirby (Tell Me You Love Me, Slings and Arrows, Mambo Italiano) will star in Lawyers, Guns & Money, to be directed by Ken Girotti (Mayerthorpe, Rescue Me);
* John Fawcett (The Border, Ginger Snaps) will direct Lost Girl.
