Exfo names sr. business executive to Board of Directors

QUEBEC CITY - Telecom service assurance provider Exfo Inc. has appointed Claude Seguin to its Board of Directors. Seguin, who has an extensive track record of working as a senior executive in the private and public sector, is currently Senior Vice-President, Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at CGI Group Inc. In his new role Seguin will be responsible for all merger and acquisition activities.
