TORONTO — Radio broadcasting company Evanov Communications announced today two appointments in its corporate office’s human resources department.
Natalie Panesar (above, left) has been appointed to the position of director of human resources, effective Nov. 29. She is joining Evanov with more than 15 years of HR experience and will be based out of the Toronto office.
Most recently, Panesar was director of human resources at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Centre.
She holds both CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) and CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) designations “which will be assets as she continues to build on the company’s HR initiatives,” reads a press release.
Mairead Kelly (above, right) has been appointed as Evanov’s payroll manager, effective Nov. 26. She joined the company in 2018 as HR/payroll assistant “where she brought a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to assisting everyone with patience and empathy, no matter the need,” says a separate press release.
In 2020, she also took on the role of executive assistant to Gary Gamble, director of operations and morning show host at Lite 88.5.
Kelly has a certificate in HR management and recently earned her payroll compliance practitioner certification in July 2021, “great qualifications that will assist with the continued delivery of results within the company,” the release says.
