Ethnic Channels Group names new SVP to oversee U.S. expansion

TORONTO - Ethnic Channels Group has named Christian Morsanutto as its SVP of business development and operations, effective immediately.With more than 20 years of television sales and operations experience, Morsanutto was most recently VP business development and operations for Reach Media Inc./ART, and prior to that, served as GM of Italian Services for SkyView Media.In his new role, Morsanutto will be responsible for ECG's U.S. marketplace pay, free, basic cable, satellite, PPV, SVOD, VOD and other television transmission sales initiatives, including the company’s new Nextologies technology for global video delivery.
