Ericsson buys Canada’s TimelessMIND

TORONTO – Canadian consulting and systems integration company TimelessMIND is being acquired by Ericsson, the companies said Friday.Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015, were not disclosed.
