HALIFAX and TORONTO – EastLink has will use analysis and commission calculation products from Scorecard Systems in an effort to deepen its customer insight.
The Toronto-based business intelligence company will provide “one version of the truth” across all of EastLink’s departments to provide a deeper level of understanding around customer behaviour patterns, while automating the commission process.
“The Scorecard solution allows us to better understand how we can continue to refine the customer experience in both our traditional and soon-to-be launched wireless operations,” said EastLink president and COO, Deborah Shaffner, in the announcement. “Our data quality, integrity and speed of reporting will be greatly enhanced, providing us with significantly more insight into our customer base, products and bundle performance.”
Scorecard, which specializes in telecommunications, cable and broadband companies, has deployed applications to numerous carriers throughout North America and Europe, and currently measure results for over 200 million subscribers.
