HALIFAX – Eastlink officially opened the doors Monday to its first four new and updated retail locations slated for Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
The new retail environment is designed to promote a warm, inviting and family-friendly atmosphere complete with a home theatre-like setting and specially designed ‘kid zone’. In addition to the new look, Eastlink's new locations offer a large, more open concept to facilitate an interactive and hands-on experience of all the company's products and services.
"When we designed the new retail environment we did so with the objective of inviting our customers to experience the full range of what we have to offer like OnDemand, HD, 3D and Whole Home DVR, and have fun doing it", said CEO Lee Bragg, in the announcement. “Soon, our customers will be able to enjoy that same experience with our wireless products, which we expect will be very popular bundled with our existing products and services."
Phase one of the company's new retail environment includes new locations in Bedford (Sunnyside Mall and Hemlock Square), Truro (Truro Mall) and a major renovation to its MicMac Mall location in Dartmouth (pictured). Details on additional new locations will be made available shortly.
