Eastlink opens new retail location in Carbonear, NL


Eastlink announced Monday it has expanded its retail presence with a new location in Carbonear, Newfoundland. 

“As a company with deep roots in Atlantic Canada, we are proud to have a strong local presence in Newfoundland and Labrador with a provincial office in St. John’s, regional offices in Bay Roberts, Clarenville and Stephenville, retail locations in St. John’s and now Carbonear and local technicians and contractors across the province. We are committed to the continued expansion of that presence,” Jeff Gillham, CEO of Eastlink, said in a press release. 

“As part of our ongoing investment and commitment to Newfoundland and Labrador, we are pleased to open this new location in Carbonear, where we also serve customers with our advanced fibre-based Internet, TV and phone services,” said Claudine White, vice president of customer care and retail operations at Eastlink. 

The Atlantic region telecom says it has invested more than $68 million in the past five years across Newfoundland and Labrador.
