Eastlink launches remote DVR service

HALIFAX – Eastlink debuted its new free Remote DVR service today, which allows customers to schedule and manage DVR recordings from a computer, tablet or smartphone. The new service also provides access to a web-based TV guide and lets users search for TV programs by type. Users can view a list of scheduled recordings, and cancel and create new recordings up to 14 days in advance.
