DISH Network and ESPN get interactive with Wimbledon coverage

ENGLEWOOD, Col. – Satellite TV distributor DISH Network announced Tuesday it would be offering multiple channels of ESPN’s Wimbledon coverage on its DishHOME Interactive TV (iTV) channel. From June 23 to June 27, Channel 100 will feature a multi-screen platform that will allow viewers to customize their viewing experience by choosing from six available channels: the live ESPN2 coverage; a “Wimbledon Extra” channel that features look-ins on key matches, highlights and interviews; and action on four other courts, all of which can be expanded to full screen at the touch of the remote button.
