TORONTO – nextMedia and MediaCom Canada are partnering on the next edition of the Digital Launch Pad (DLP), an event that showcases the hottest emerging web destinations and the freshest on-line programs from content creators.
Now in its fourth year, the DLP seeks to bring together Canada’s digital properties and talent with agency partners and potential brand endorses. To date, the next generation marketplace has provided a springboard for talented newcomers such as Bitchin Kitchin, ChickAdvisor, X-Weighted.com, Ayogo Games, Stitch Media, and Foodtree Media Inc.
Entries for this year’s competition are due by October 21, and finalists will compete in front of top business and entertainment executives at this year’s nextMedia, scheduled for December 5 – 6, 2011 at The Carlu in Toronto.
