DHX Television readies launch of Family CHRGD

TORONTO - DHX Television will launch Family CHRGD on October 9, the third and final network to be rebranded under the Family banner.Formerly Disney XD, the channel will target kids 6-12 with animated and live-action programming including underwater adventure The Deep, new episodes of Canadian series Slugterra, comedy Fangbone!, Sonic Boom which is based on the popular video game, and Deadly 60 which follows wildlife enthusiast Steve Backshall on his search to find the creatures that others spend a lifetime avoiding.
