DHX Media cancels planned share offering

HALIFAX – DHX Media has shelved plans for a public offering of shares, just days after announcing its intention to do so.The children’s entertainment company said Friday that the termination results from "an assessment by DHX's management that current market conditions are not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of DHX's shareholders".As a result of this termination, no shares will be sold pursuant to the offering.www.dhxmedia.com
