Descriptive Video opens Toronto shop

TORONTO - Descriptive Video Works is expanding to Toronto, and has hired former CHUM executive Ellen Baine to head up the new location. The described video provider adds audio tracks to television productions for the visually impaired. They also have a production facility in Vancouver.
