TORONTO – Following the announcement of its “The New Home of Football” campaign in Canada, sports streaming platform DAZN has unveiled a trio of all-star spokesmen – and a new contest.
NBA legend, soccer analyst, and club owner Steve Nash, former NFL superstar Marshawn Lynch, and renovation and DIY expert Sebastian Clovis will all engage with media and fans in Canada letting it be known that both Euro and American football can be found on DAZN..
Additionally, the streamer has launched a new contest where one fan in Canada will win a new “home” for football – in the form of an in-home space of their choice worth up to $50,000 tricked out into the ultimate, high-tech football sanctuary, said the press release.
Fans curious for a peek at how the prize might come to life can visit a DAZN pop-up space in Toronto’s Union Station, which will be open to the public from now until September 15 and will feature appearances in the weeks to come by VIP ambassadors (including the three mentioned above) for autograph signings and meet and greets.
“As a kid growing up in Canada, it would have been a dream come true to have one app that gives you unlimited access anytime and anywhere to every single Premier League, Champions League, MLS, and Serie A game, plus other European soccer leagues and the NFL,” said Nash in the press release.
