Cygnal’s Hurlow steps down

MARKHAM - Cygnal Technologies long-serving chairman Gerald Hurlow announced today he is retiring as a director of the company and as chairman of its board of directors. Hurlow has been chairman of Cygnal since 1993, and also served as president and CEO from August, 2004 to November, 2005. Current CEO Jos Wintermans will take over as chairman.
