Cygnal hires former Rogers CEO Wintermans

MARKHAM – Cable and telecommunications supplier Cygnal Technologies today announced that former Rogers Cable CEO Jos Wintermans has been hired as president and CEO, and as a director of the company He starts Tuesday.
