CWTA names new director of government affairs

OTTAWA - The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) has named Devon Jacobs as director of government affairs, effective immediately.Jacobs has previously held government relations positions at the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, and the Canadian Automobile Association. He spent 10 years on Parliament Hill as legislative assistant to a high-profile Member of Parliament, and has also served with the Canadian Armed Forces.Jacobs will report to VP of government affairs, Jim Patrick.www.cwta.ca
