Canadian Women in Communications (CWC) is seeking nominations for their annual awards which recognize candidates that have demonstrated outstanding achievements, leadership and support in the communications industry.
CWC Woman of the Year recognizes an outstanding woman at the executive level – vice-president, president or CEO – who has made a significant contribution to any sector of the communications industry throughout her career, and who has contributed materially to the advancement of women within the industry.
The CWC Leadership Excellence Award category celebrates the achievement of individuals who have, in recent years, distinguished themselves as leaders and also contributed to the industry through their accomplishments in one of the following categories: Mentor, Innovator, Trailblazer, Technology Innovator, Emerging Leader, Champion of Women’s Advancement or CWC leader.
