TORONTO – Cue Digital Media has named former Xbox Canada sales lead Christopher Walton to the newly created role of director of creative and strategic sales.
Walton (pictured) will be responsible for leading and executing stories across Cue’s slate of digital publishing partners. His primary role will be to lead content marketing, social media strategy, sponsorship and Influencer initiatives, reads the announcement. Cue exclusively represents multiple international media companies and publishers in Canada including CNN, Bustle, Vox, CBSi, Bleacher Report, Mashable, Crackle, Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, Business Insider and UFC.
Prior to joining the online news, sports and entertainment media company, Walton led sales in Canada for Xbox after holding creative, sales and advertising positions at technology companies such as AOL, Microsoft and Mindshare.
