CTV sells last stake in MLSE to Teachers' plan

TORONTO - The private investment arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan is buying CTVglobemedia’s remaining stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE). Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.The additional 7.7% stake will boost the Teachers' ownership in MLSE to 66%. Lawrence M.
