TORONTO – Canadian Telecom Summit organizers announced yesterday the moderator and panelists for the upcoming event’s panel on cyber security – protection, privacy and identity.
The panel will be moderated by Joe Ozorio (above), a retired senior managing consultant with IBM Canada’s resiliency services. Panelists include Dr. Ann Cavoukian, distinguished expert-in-residence, Privacy by Design Centre of Excellence at Ryerson University, Scott Poretsky, director for security, network product solutions at Ericsson Canada Inc., Vanessa Little, global chief of technology at Interdynamix, and Karen Worstell, senior cybersecurity strategist and howler at VMware.
The panel will take place on Nov. 15 from 1:45 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The Canadian Telecom Summit is happening as a hybrid event this year with the in-person portion being held at the International Centre in Toronto. The event will take place Nov. 15-17.
