CTAM SUMMIT 2010: Astral, CanWest score Mark Awards

NEW ORLEANS – Astral Media and CanWest Broadcasting were the sole Canadian winners at Monday night’s Mark Awards ceremony at the CTAM Summit in New Orleans.The awards, which recognize excellence in cable and content marketing, were chosen by marketing and agency executives over four days of judging in Washington, D.C. and New York City. Astral’s first award fell under the category of 'Affiliate Marketing/Video' for its CSR training video for The Movie Network. It’s second, this time under the category of 'Program Promotion and Tune-In / TV (Single Promo) for Single Program', was for a promo called Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures for HBO Canada...
