CRTC revokes international licenses for 20 telecommunications companies

OTTAWA - The CRTC has revoked the licenses of 20 companies who provide basic international telecommunications services (BITS) for failing to meet their conditions of licence. The Commission reports that despite its requests that licensees comply with their annual filing requirements, a total of 20 companies (see further below) have failed to file the required information or make representations.
