CRTC regulatory costs to reach $30.1 million this year

OTTAWA - The CRTC estimates that its regulatory costs under section 9 (1) of the broadcasting regulations will total $30.16 million. The annual adjustment amount referred to in section 8(2) for the 2011-2012 fiscal year is $0.377 million. A second adjustment pertaining to the 2012-2013 fiscal year in the amount of $0.005 million is being made following the revision of the Part I billing for one broadcasting undertaking.
