CRTC approves Bluepoint’s purchase of SCN

OTTAWA – The CRTC has given Bluepoint Investments the go ahead to proceed with its purchase of the Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN).The satellite-to-cable programming undertaking distributes educational programming in Saskatchewan.
