WINNIPEG – David Lazzarato has been appointed as Craig Wireless Systems chief executive officer, effective April 28. Lazzarato has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles with public companies in the telecom, media and broadcasting, and aerospace industries.
Most recently, Lazzarato served as executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. and chairman of its distribution arm, Motion Picture Distribution Inc. He has also held senior management positions with Manitoba Telecom Services, Allstream Corp., BCE Mobile Communications Inc. and CAE Electronics Ltd.
As part of his appointment as CEO of Craig Wireless, Lazzarato will also be joining the company’s board of directors.
