Craig Wireless adds new independent director

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA – Craig Wireless has named Donnie Moore as an additional independent director to hold office until the company’s next annual meeting of shareholders.

Moore’s appointment is effective immediately. He also becomes a member of the audit committee of the Board, replacing Barry Reiter who will remain as an independent director and chairman of the compensation, corporate governance and nomination committee of the Board.

Moore has more than 30 years of financial and administrative expertise in information technology and related industries, most recently as senior vice-president, finance and administration and chief financial officer for Cognos Inc. in Ottawa.  In that role, which he held from 1986 until his retirement in 2001, he was responsible for legal affairs, government relations, and financial and administrative operations worldwide. Prior to that, Moore was corporate director, plans and analysis at the world headquarters of the Burroughs Corporation in Detroit, Michigan.

"We are extremely pleased that Mr. Moore has agreed to join the board of directors of Craig Wireless. His experience, knowledge and expertise bring a tremendous additional resource to the Corporation," said Drew Craig, chairman of the Board, in Tuesday’s announcement.
