Craig completes sale of Norway, New Zealand interests
WINNIPEG – Craig Wireless has completed the sale of half of its spectrum rights in Norway and New Zealand to U.S. venture capital firm Everest Wireless Partners I LP, for $ 7.385 million. With the completion of the sale, Craig and Everest each own 50% of the issued and outstanding shares of two newly formed companies incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, that hold the licenses for spectrum rights in Norway and New Zealand, respectively. www.craigwireless.com
