CPAC to air Putin’s War in Ukraine, a BBC Panorama doc

OTTAWA – CPAC announced yesterday it will air a new documentary on the early days of the Russian invasion of Ukraine tonight (March 4) at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. and 10 p.m. PT and on Sunday, March 6 at 3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. PT.

The documentary, Putin’s War in Ukraine, features “chilling first-hand accounts from the warzone produced by the BBC’s investigative documentary series Panorama,” a press release says.

It features investigative journalist Paul Kenyon reporting from Kyiv and Jane Corbin interviewing diplomats and experts for context and analysis in London, U.K.

“As countries around the world, including Canada, continue to grapple with how to respond to Putin’s aggression, the documentary asks what lies behind the Russian president’s decision to invade, how the Ukrainian people are coping, and how the Ukrainian government and the West are reacting to the rapidly evolving situation,” the release says.
