Court grants Look's injunction against Bell Canada

TORONTO – Look Communications Inc. has won a court injunction against Bell Canada preventing the telco from pulling its services. The two companies have been in a billing dispute for several months over several million dollars. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has granted a temporary injunction preventing Bell Canada from interfering in any way with the telecommunications services it provides to the MDS service.
