Cottage Life spearheads tongue-in-cheek approach to summer pest control

TORONTO – Cottage Life is partnering with Raid and Off! on two light-hearted content marketing programs designed to help Canadians enjoy a bug-free cottage season this summer.

In partnership with Raid, Cottage Life’s ‘Total Control’ campaign helps Canadians prepare for their cottage vacations with a mix of custom, entertaining “how-to” videos, editorial lists and photo galleries, all divided into three categories of pest control: attack, control and prevent.  Each piece of content highlights a Raid product designed to deal with the stated problem.

The ‘Get Outside Guide’ aims to help Canadians plan more outdoor activities this summer thanks to Off! brand products.  Custom videos, humorous lists, Facebook posts and photo galleries will entertain cottagers while demonstrating how Off! products can help with protection while outdoors.

Running from May 1 – July 31, 2015, each campaign brings together branded videos, custom editorial content, social amplification and UGC photo galleries in addition to national broadcast and print support.
