
TORONTO – Corus unveiled a trio of announcements impacting a few of its radio stations in Western Canada.
Global Winnipeg co-anchor Lauren McNabb (pictured right) will join Global News Radio 680 CJOB in Winnipeg starting August 22, joining Greg Mackling and Brett Megarry weekday mornings from 6:00 -10:00 AM CT.
Veteran radio host and former in-venue announcer for events at the Calgary Stampede Sue Deyell (pictured below – click to enlarge image) was announced as the new co-host on 770 CHQR’s The Morning News in Calgary. She joins Gord Gillies on air weekday mornings from 5:30 – 9:30 AM MT.
The most-awarded country music radio show in North America, The Bobby Bones Show, has arrived at Calgary’s Country 105. Bobby and his friends Lunchbox and Amy showcase the top country songs and go beyond the music to share conversations with the artists. The Bobby Bones Show airs weeknights from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM MT on Country 105.
